The ranks of high-end motherboard from ASRock always perform "well" iIn recent years. Offered at a  low price that still makes sense. Not just that, ASRock always  featuring more advance references to the product itself. Just like this product Extreme4 ASRock P67.

Extreme4 ASRock P67 has three graphics slots that can be divided up to Quad-SLI mode and quad-CrossFireX. P67 Port USB 3.0  according to the reference should be only 2 ports, but in this mainboard available up to 4 ports (2 ports enhancements use Marvell chips.) General USB 3.0 port beneath on the rear panel, plus another 1 port on the front by default. There are also new ASRock XFast USB Technology. This technology capable to provide high speed data transfer, on top of another USB 3.0 speed. 
ASRock also use substitute UEFI BIOS menu. UEFI menu are more user friendly interface and enhanced functionality. Among the others interesting user interface, UEFI support the mouse and HDD up to 3 TB. overclock are offered through AXTU tool operated from Windows.
ASRock P67 also gives two different socket that can be used to HSF LGA775 type, LGA1155 and LGA1156. This design named CCO (Combo Cooler Option), useful for users who still have the HSF LGA775 but need to upgrade to LGA1155/1156.
